While they have nice things, everything is expensive...sticking to Walmart or Amazon or any other retailer that is priced reasonably.

I am extremely disappointed with the manager I spoke with in person and over the phone regarding some shoes I purchased. I purchased some Brooks from the store. It's my second pair, so I am familiar with them. I noticed they were tighter than usual within a week or so. I realized they weren't wide. My feet are narrow but they always feel better in a wide - more room. I called to inquire if I could require return them since they don't offer wides. I was concerned about my lack of receipt but I did have the card I purchased them with and. phone number on file. I go to the store to return them. To note, it hadn't been a month since I purchased them. The manager looks at them and says he can't refund them because I wore them. Uh, what? Then he goes on to say he tells people to wear them around the house. He's lying because he sold me the shoes and said no such thing. I kindly stated why I was returning them since I couldn't do an exchange for them. I was highly disappointed and perturbed. I reached out to Brooks to advise them of this because their policy isn't the same. I hope they stop carrying their shoes there because it's not beneficial to partner with a company who is only driv

Well everyone I have been to this Dicks Sporting Goods two times once back in May of last year and this year this month and this time I got a Flo Glown aka Florida Grown shirt for a very good price and as usual every location I have been to whether it is the Pier Park North location in PCB, Florida, Kennesaw, Georgia even though it was converted to a Dicks House of Sports since I have been gone from the Atlanta area as of 2015, Newnan, Georgia at the Forum at Ansley Park, Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia they have all been super nice and clean definitely will be back! 😁 Only thing is it does cost more than Academy Sports though as whole, and sometimes I have been disappointed with the other for mentioned locations but not this location though! 👍🏻

My husband and I purchased expensive bikes there several years ago. Unfortunately due to health and life we have not had much time to ride them. Took them in for the tires to be checked and new tubes due to just not holding air in October. Bought another house, life got away and they sat in the garage. Finally went to go camping, aired the tires up and put them on the back of the motorhome. Get to the campground and the back tire is completely missing off of one bike, it completely FELL OFF along the interstate. Called Dicks. They said they would make it right, had to get manager involved due to liability. The next week called and they said to bring the bike in and they would get it handled. Asked what the letters on the rim are and I told him and he said they had plenty of them and not going to be a problem. Took the bike in on Saturday as instructed. Suddenly they don't have any and have to do some checking. Today they call and it will cost me almost half the price of the bike to get a back tire because they didn't tighten it and it fell off. Talked to Will, and Zack I think, the manager. Nobody will take any accountability for their poor workmanship. I trusted this place to main

Walked in and grabbed my limit of ten (10) packs of sports cards and then walked away to do more Christmas shopping in the store. Was then told I "can't walk around with the cards in my cart" but I could grab them when I was done. There's no sign in-store and no policy online stating this. I feel like an employee made up a policy and it made me feel uncomfortable so I took them, put them back, and left. I was never rude, only politely questioned the request. I will go shop at another sports store in town.
